Process of custom 1/6 scale action figure made from hand-sculpted parts kitbashed with additional figure parts and clothing. 

This figure was created as a pitch for Super7 to start a 1/6 scale line using their original IP, The Worst, for inspiration. The ReAction figure for X-2 is used as the base for this project.

The project began with the recreation of the unique six shooter using sculpey. The head, mechanical workings of the head, and backpack with hoses followed shortly after. These items were created using Sculpey. The backpack hoses are rubber tubing placed inside a shoelace.

The original black jumpsuit was swapped out for a white one, which was then dyed to match the figure inspiration. Final touches included hand painting and weathering the custom made parts and applying cloth to the head piece to match the figure. The ammo belts were also weathered to match everything together.

To finish the project off, I created a coffin-shaped box to house the figure. The coffin shape is a common symbol seen throughout The Worst.
